E4 takes a holistic approach and intervenes with the whole person – from biophysical to the psychosocial.

Our Management Resource Consultants (MRCs) are available to you 24/7 through a dedicated phone number and specialize in helping companies minimize risk. MRCs work in tandem with HR and management to properly assess, contain, and deescalate potentially dangerous or damaging incidents, such as employees planning work-place violence, providing advice on how to address co-workers involved in harassing others, domestic violence, substance abuse, and employees expressing thoughts of hurting themselves. MRCs have a wealth of experience and training dealing with advising on reorganizations, policy review, and mandatory employee referrals.

 

E4’s Training and Development Department offers numerous standard training classes for employees and managers, and we can also customize training. We give you an extensive training catalog to choose classes from that best fit your needs. Sessions can be provided onsite, via web or DVD, or a combination of both. Our training classes cover emotional and physical wellbeing, workplace issues and trends, diversity, family life, and more!

E4 provides a separate toll-free number, available 24/7, for management to use for emergency situations (Management Resource Consultant or MRC line). Once you place a call, then an immediate assessment is done, and the Management Resource Consultant helps you:

  1. Coordinate a plan of action;
  2. Mobilize any resources needed, including unlimited consultations and tip sheets for employees, managers, and HR;
  3. Setup, if needed, phone and onsite intervention/counseling;
  4. Put in place referrals for additional services;
  5. Conduct a follow-up consultation.

We respond to over 40 CIR onsite events each month, and over 300 calls a month.
