EAP’s are an employer paid benefit, free to the employee seeking counseling. It is separate from insurance. Counseling is short-term and goal focused. Session models range from 1-12 sessions.
E4 Network Providers are independently licensed within their state and have a Master’s Degree or higher in any mental health field that covers therapy. We cannot accept your interns or mental health professionals under supervision at this time.
Within 10 business days, we will process your application. We will notify you if additional information is needed as well as if we decline your participation for any reason. If accepted, within 30 days, you will have a returned co-signed agreement.
In this scenario, self-referral can be applied so the member can continue counseling with you. Billing will be completed through their insurance or self-pay.
No, you cannot bill the member for a missed session under EAP. Once they move past the EAP sessions, your office policy on billing for no-shows and late cancellations can apply.
Please submit your case summary documents for payment within 90 days of the last service date. Payment may be denied or reduced if filed outside this window. Please call our finance department with any questions regarding billing: 972-810-3036 option 1
